what rules do we follow?

We adhere to Softball Canada Rules with a few expectations that can be reviewed here.
 

How old do you have to be to play?

You must be 18 years old as of the start of the season.

what diamonds to we play on / GAME NIGHTS / GAME TIMES?

We play every Wednesday night at Dunton Athletic Fields in Mississauga (see our contact us page for a map). Game times are 7:00 pm & 9:00 pm. Teams do play double headers but not every week.
 

Can I join as an individual player?

Yes. Teams are responsible for recruiting and registering players but the league executive will help you find an existing team to join and get you in contact with the coaches.  Registration for the current season closes mid-June.
 

can i register a full team?

Yes. We welcome potential new teams to contact our league executive to discuss how to sign up a full team.  New teams must contact the league prior to our February AGM in order to qualify for the upcoming season.
 

What do I have to pay to register?

Fees are set by each individual team and vary from team to team based on their number of players, sponsorship funds, etc. Most teams charge between $200-$250 for registration per player.

HOW DO I REGISTER TO PLAY?

Please contact the league via email, Facebook, or Twitter and let us know your age, position(s) played, and level of experience and we will help you find a team to join by facilitating contact between you and the coaches of any teams in our league who are looking for new players.

IS YOUR LEAGUE INSURED?

Yes, we are fully insured through the Provincial Women's Softball Association.
